We do not directly perform water damage restoration, mold remediation, plumbing repair, or any other physical services. When you submit a service request, we forward your information to one or more independent contractors in our network who serve your area.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States to use the Site or submit a service request. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting a service request.
- Confirm you have authority to receive communications at the phone number you provide.
- Use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- Not impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Not interfere with or attempt to disrupt the Site, its servers, or related infrastructure.

This consent applies regardless of any prior registration with state or federal Do Not Call lists.

5. No Service Guarantees
We do not guarantee that any specific contractor will contact you, that contractor pricing will match any estimates shown on the Site, that services will be available in your area, or that the contractor matched to your request will meet your expectations. Pricing ranges displayed on the Site are industry averages and educational estimates only — actual prices vary by location, scope, materials, insurance involvement, and the specific contractor. You should always obtain a written estimate from a contractor before authorizing work and consider obtaining multiple competing estimates.
6. Independent Contractors
Contractors who receive your information through our platform are independent third parties — not employees, agents, or partners of Water Damage Repair USA. We do not control, supervise, or guarantee the work, licensing, insurance, pricing, ethical conduct, or timeliness of any contractor. Any agreement for services is solely between you and the contractor. You should independently verify a contractor's license, insurance, references, and certifications before engaging them for any work.
7. Intellectual Property
The Site, including its content, graphics, design, code, and trademarks, is owned by Water Damage Repair USA or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any Site content without our prior written consent.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The site and the services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 9. Limitation of Liability

12. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising from or related to the Site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
13. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, in Wyoming, USA. You and we expressly waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in any class action, class-wide arbitration, or representative proceeding. Small claims court actions are excluded from this arbitration requirement.
